We guarantee to bring you the lowest prices possible every day, and that's a promise. However, if you happen to find a cheaper advertised price on an identical stocked item that's in stock with our competitor - even if it's on sale, we will match it. If the cost comparison is about nappies, it should be the same brand, version and the origin of manufacture.
NB: - Today's price in store or online may be even lower than advertised, as we constantly check our prices to make sure ours are the lowest. Excludes stock liquidations, customer special orders, contract pricing and competitor clearance products, etc.
How do I redeem my price match?
You can redeem the Lowest Cost Guarantee by visiting our branches, by email or phoning in. You will need to provide some evidences, once we prove them, we will confirm the final price for your next purchase.
What items does the price match apply to?
All identical products and services with identical packaging, terms and conditions that are in stock at our competitors.
What items are excluded from this policy?
· Non identical products and services
· Auction website items, like Ebay etc
· Group purchase website items, like Groupon etc
· Resellers
· Customer special orders
· Contract Pricing
· Competitor clearance products

Bestnappies reserves the right to limit the quantity of products available for price-matching at its discretion. The Lowest Price Guarantee does not extend to resellers.
What about online stores?
Identical products are price matched against online stores but as with any other kind of store, the item must be currently in stock. When price matching online stores we also take into account the added cost of delivery. If the identical product can be purchased and delivered via an online store for a total price lower than the one we are offering, we will match the price.
