Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped via courier companies , very occasionally BestNappies team may deliver your orders by ourselves , so we don't deliver to any PO box or parcel locker which belongs to Australia Post. All courier companies that work with us have their parcel pick-up agent shops near your places, you can find the tracking numbers of your orders on your account at our website. Using these tracking numbers or label numbers or con-note numbers, you can trace your parcels with courier companies directly or notify them to drop your order at the nearest parcel pick up agent shop ETC.
Shipping is free for orders over $80 for Sydney & Melbourne Metropolitan Area customers, if your order is $80 or under, you will have to pay a little fee for shipping. If you live outside the two cities' metropolitan areas, you may also be eligible for free delivery to certain cities or areas like Brisbane, Gold Coast, Canberra, Newcastle, Central Coast, Wollongong, Blue Mountain (Katoomba) and Gosford, if your order is over $149. Each city's Metropolitan Areas zoned for free shipping by BestNappies may be different from your understanding.

BestNappies only accept our courier company's territory of Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan areas, which may be different from your understanding.
We also subcidize shipping fees for other major cities, like Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Lanceston, Sunshine Coast, Cairns , Toowoomba, Townsville, Bendigo and Geelong. Shipping fees for all these areas and other areas will be payable according to the shipping weight and value calculated by our website.
BestNappies will ship in-stock goods within 1-3 working days after the payment for the order has been received. Please be aware that Internet Banking payments may take up to 1-2 working day to be cleared. You will be contacted by us if there is any reason why your goods cannot be shipped out from our warehouse within the above time frames.
BestNappies does not ship to international destinations.
Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to arrive. If you live in WA or any other remote areas from Sydney , please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Contact us immediately for assistance if you do not receive your delivery within these time frames.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DELIVERY TIME MAY BE LONGER IN LATE NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER DUE TO THE CHRISTMAS RUSH.

Standard Shipping:
If you do not want to wait for the deliveries at your place, before you complete your online order, you can leave a delivery instruction note like "ATL - please leave parcel at front door if nobody at home." If your house or townhouse complex has a locked security gate, please instruct where to leave the parcel and how. If you live in apartment building, please advise if you can accept "please leave the parcel in the lobby or mailroom ." For all the ATL parcels, the delivery drivers will take and keep a picture on where they place the parcel.
If you did not choose ATL, when your order is delivered for the first time, the courier driver will most likely leave a calling card in your mailbox. You can call the courier company to set up a time for their second delivery, but the 2nd delivery will not be free, you will be requested by courier companies for a payment of the 2nd delivery.
PLEASE TRY TO AVOID THIS FURTHER PAYABLE SERVICES.
Delivery address change will incur an additional charge after pick up.
Any queries regarding your order and the delivery MUST be made within 2 working days after delivery, otherwise no claims will be accepted, except product quality, which should be submitted within 30days after your purchase.
If your orders are short supplied or mis-shipped or damaged, customers must keep all the cartons and all the items in original packaging, and send us the requested pictures of them as evidences for your claim. BestNappies will not accept any claim which doesn't have these mentioned evidences. The shipping courier label image must be provided for your claim.
